The pre-show cocktails and seated dinner will be held under a large tent at 52 Castle Street, the site of the former freight yard. 

Cocktails begin at 5pm; dinner will be seated at 6pm.  

Following the dinner, paddle raise, and dessert, guests will move to the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center located at 14 Castle Street, a short walk from 52 Castle Street. Transportation will be available for those who need assistance 

Tickets to the 8pm show will be provided in your Gala packet when you check in at the reception tent at 52 Castle Street.

Appropriate footwear is recommended for walking on the grassy field. We encourage you to dress appropriately for the summer weather. Festive attire with layers for the outside portion of the evening and the ability to add or remove layers while inside the theater is recommended. Weather-appropriate climate control will be utilized to ensure an atmosphere that is as comfortable as possible. 

The Old Inn on The Green is preparing a delicious meal. Gluten-free/vegetarian options will be available for those with dietary restrictions. Please inform your waiter if you require this option.  

For the pre-show reception, a bar will be available for drinks, and an assortment of hors d’oeuvres will be passed.  

A signature cocktail, the Indigo Gimlet, will be available along with wine, beer, non-alcoholic, and mocktail options.
