Theater Policies & Discounts

No outside food or beverages are allowed in the theater, with the exception of water. Late seating at the discretion of the management only.

Group discounts are available; please call the Box Office at 413-528-0100 for details.

Mahaiwe Member discounts are extended to any current Mahaiwe Member at the $75 level or above.

Restoration fee included in each published ticket price. Additional processing fees will be waived when paying by cash or check.

No refunds and no exchanges, with the exception of current Mahaiwe Members at the $125 level or above.

We accept EBT cards! Four free Mahaiwe Monthly Movies tickets per EBT cardholder.

Youth Discounts

$10 to all HD Broadcasts
for everyone 21 and under

$15 to Live shows
for everyone 30 and under

Children/Infant Policy

Any child twelve (12) months or older attending a performance must have a ticket and a separate seat.

Service Animal Policy

Trained service animals are permitted to assist guests inside the theater. If special accommodations are required for your service animal, please notify us at the time of ticket purchase. All other animals are prohibited.

Weapons Policy

The safety and well-being of our patrons, artists, and staff are of the utmost importance. To ensure a safe venue for all, the possession of firearms, fireworks, explosives, incendiary devices, knives, or weapons of any kind is prohibited at the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center property and facilities, except those carried by law enforcement officers who are on duty. All Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center visitors and their belongings, such as bags or purses, are subject to search and enforcement, and anyone found in violation will be asked to secure the weapon inside their vehicle or at home or leave the property immediately. No ticket returns, refunds or exchanges will be made for people found in violation of the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center weapons ban.
