Great Barrington, Mass.—A cappella group Straight No Chaser will bring its Beach Bash tour to the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center’s mainstage on Saturday, June 20 at 8 p.m.

The nine-member group will perform iconic songs of summer from the last six decades, including Pharrell Williams’ “Happy” and Walk The Moon’s “Shut Up and Dance.”

Initially formed at Indiana University, Straight No Chaser emerged at the forefront of the modern day a cappella movement and have since earned 2 RIAA Gold Certified albums, more than a billion streams with 3 million albums sold worldwide, and more than 100 million YouTube views. Renowned for their captivating performances with nine unaltered human voices coming together to create extraordinary music, Straight No Chaser has sold more than 1.75 million tickets to their live shows.

The performance will be Straight No Chaser’s first appearance at the Mahaiwe.

Tickets go on sale to Mahaiwe Members on Wednesday, February 11 at 10am online and noon via the Box Office. Tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, February 13 at noon.

About the Indigo Room 

The Indigo Room is a flexible performance venue in the former Great Barrington firehouse building at 20 Castle Street, next door to the historic Mahaiwe theater. Audience capacity ranges between 75 and 150 based on the floor plan for a given performance. Concessions include beer, wine, soft drinks, hot beverages and snacks.
