Face masks are optional for all attendees while inside the theater. A limited number of disposable face masks will be available for patrons at the theater, if needed.

In addition, hand sanitizing stations are positioned in the lobby for use upon entering or when needed. We have a medical-grade MERV 13 HEPA-filtered and bipolar ionized air management system and touchless ticketing, and conduct thorough cleaning between performances.

FEELING UNWELL?

If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have recently been exposed to anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, we encourage you to stay home. If you are unable to attend a show due to a COVID-19 diagnosis or recent COVID-19 exposure, we will give you a full refund or exchange credit for the cost of your tickets.

TICKETING AND ARRIVAL

We ask patrons to support touchless ticketing by purchasing digital tickets prior to their arrival at the theater. Digital tickets may be purchased on line at mahaiwe.org or by calling the Box Office at 413-528-0100.

For touchless scanning, please have your tickets either printed out or your tickets open on your mobile device.

Tickets for movies will be purchased as General Admission.

Exterior doors and the theater will open 45 minutes prior to start time.

IN THE THEATER

Beer, wine, snacks, and more are for sale! Arrive early to enjoy. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
