All Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center visitors and their belongings, such as bags or purses, may be subject to search and enforcement, and anyone found in violation will be asked to secure the weapon inside their vehicle or at home or leave the property immediately. No ticket returns, refunds or exchanges will be made for people found in violation of the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center weapons ban.
Patron Code of Courtesy
Through shared understanding and the desire to create a sense of community with our attendees, the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center is part of a Berkshire-based consortium of cultural organizations who have developed a unified “Patron Code of Courtesy.” We recognize that attendees at our cultural events have awareness of playing a vital role in ensuring the enjoyment of all in our spaces. Please note: each individual organization may have additional policies.
