The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center invites applications for a week-long performance workshop led by teaching artists from the New York Theatre Workshop.

The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center will present two family-friendly movies and an interactive children’s variety show over Fourth of July weekend.

The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center has added four new live shows to its music programming schedule this summer: jazz vocalist Cécile McLorin Salvant on Thursday, July 20; flamenco guitarist Jesse Cook on Saturday, July 29; the Glenn Miller Orchestra on Sunday, August 6; and rock musicians Devon Allman and Donavon Frankenreiter on Wednesday, August 9.

The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center has added two classic movies and two HD broadcasts from London’s National Theatre to its screened programming this spring.

Tony Award-winning Broadway star Brian Stokes Mitchell will headline the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center’s annual gala on Saturday, July 15.

The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center will present performances from comedian Ryan Hamilton on June 17, jazz trumpeter Chris Botti on July 13, banjoist Béla Fleck with a full bluegrass band on August 4, and entertainers Alan Cumming and Ari Shapiro in a cabaret show on August 11.

The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center has announced three new screenings this spring: The Muppet Movie (1979) on Saturday, April 8 at 4 p.m.; Get Shorty (1995), Saturday, April 22 at 7 p.m.; and Othello from London’s National Theatre in HD, Saturday, May 6 at 6:30 p.m.

The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center has added three performances to its live programming schedule this spring, Metta Quintet’s She Said / She Says: Women in Jazz on March 9, singer-songwriter Laufey on April 7, and percussionist Pedrito Martinez with his band on May 13.
