The Town of Great Barrington and the Mahaiwe co-present W.E.B. Celebrate with the town as it proclaims Du Bois Day an official holiday and bestows its annual Legacy Award to musician-activist Reggie Harris and Clinton Church Restoration Founder Wray Gunn.
Enjoy reflections from students and staff at the newly renamed W.E.B. Du Bois Regional Middle School! Receive a greeting from Du Bois’s own great- and great-great-grandchildren. And be ready to open your mind to the legacy of Du Bois as his scholarship and activism resonate with movements for Black lives and racial justice in America today.
