The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center will continue its annual tradition screening Warren Miller Entertainment’s latest ski and snowboard video over President’s Day Weekend.
Novelist Terry Hayes, dance company Ballet Hispánico, blues rock guitarist and singer-songwriter Samantha Fish, “Sing & Swing” – A Jazz at Lincoln Center Presents Production, and blues rock guitarist and vocalist Joanne Shaw Taylor will appear on the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center stage this winter.
The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center will screen classic movies and HD broadcasts from London’s National Theatre this winter: Funny Girl (1968) on January 13, Skylight (London’s National Theatre in HD) on January 20, Groundhog Day (1993) on February 2, Romeo & Juliet (London’s National Theatre in HD) on February 10, When Harry Met Sally (1989) on February 14, and Vanya (London’s National Theatre in HD) on February 24.

Los Angeles-based dance company BODYTRAFFIC has announced the program for its upcoming Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center performances on November 10 and 11.
The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center has added five screenings to its ongoing schedule: a free film in Spanish, El gran León (2018), on October 21, featuring a live post-show appearance from cast and crew; Beetlejuice (1988) over Halloween weekend on October 28; the timeless family favorite Mary Poppins (1964) on November 25; an HD broadcast, Titanic: The Musical, on December 1; and an evening with Mickey’s Christmas Carol (1983) on loop, for free, during the Great Barrington Holiday Shop, Sip, and Stroll, on December 9.
The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center has appointed Natalia Bernal to the newly created staff position, Education & Community Engagement Manager.
The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center will welcome back veteran performers to its stage this December — jazz guitarist and vocalist John Pizzarelli, with a trio, on December 16, and Celtic-folk family act Natalie MacMaster and Donnell Leahy, with A Celtic Family Christmas, on December 17.
The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center will present comedian Alfredo Campos and Mariachi band Embajadores de Puebla as part of Festival Latino on Saturday, September 30 at 7 p.m.
