Patio and fire pit for marshmallows. Boat/swim in summer or ice fish/skate in winter. A perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors. Stone’s throw from Catamount and Butternut. 

The space 

The house is located in Hudson Valley & Berkshires, with plenty of outdoor activities nearby. The house is in proximity to many great towns, shops & restaurants. Check out Great Barrington, Hudson, Tivoli, Germantown, Kingston, Philmont, Millerton, Chatam, Lee, among many other towns during your stay. In our guidebook, we list the best spots. 

Take amazing hikes a few minutes away at the Jug End State Reservation and Wildlife Preserve or drive up to Bash Bish falls in Mt. Washington and hike the picturesque waterfall.

The house is adjacent to Ski Butternut and Ski Catamount for winter sports enthusiasts, as well as Catamount Aerial Adventure Park, which has a ropes course available for summer into fall. Just a quick 10 minutes to the center of Great Barrington, this location is close to all major Berkshire events and venues!  

The house is on a very kid-friendly and dog-friendly lake with no motorized boats over 10mph, and many families take advantage of the private beaches and floating docks. 

Lake House guests will receive a luxury spa basket from local entrepreneur Ranisha Grice of Grice Beauty.  Grice worked as a spa therapist assistant before launching her own product line, creating her own formulas, designing her own labels, and selecting beautiful bottles. Grice Beauty products are made with essential oils, including patchouli, and fused with orange citrus. 

Guest access 

Guests have complete access to the entire home as well as lake access and boats/canoes for summer months and ice skating/fishing in winter months.
