Mahaiwe announces classic movies and London’s National Theatre onscreen this winter
The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center will screen classic movies and HD broadcasts from London’s National Theatre this winter: Funny Girl (1968) on January 13, Skylight (London’s National Theatre in HD) on January 20, Groundhog Day (1993) on February 2, Romeo & Juliet (London’s National Theatre in HD) on February 10, When Harry Met Sally (1989) on February 14, and Vanya (London’s National Theatre in HD) on February 24.

Mahaiwe adds movies and more to fall schedule; South American cinema stars to appear live
The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center has added five screenings to its ongoing schedule: a free film in Spanish, El gran León (2018), on October 21, featuring a live post-show appearance from cast and crew; Beetlejuice (1988) over Halloween weekend on October 28; the timeless family favorite Mary Poppins (1964) on November 25; an HD broadcast, Titanic: The Musical, on December 1; and an evening with Mickey’s Christmas Carol (1983) on loop, for free, during the Great Barrington Holiday Shop, Sip, and Stroll, on December 9.
